The greater Carlisle, Pennsylvania area is a fast-paced community with a small town feel. Being located in South Central PA at the intersection of Interstate 81 and the PA Turnpike, Carlisle, PA is well-suited to the business traveler, as well as the casual tourist.

As the home of Dickinson College, the US Army War College and the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) of the Dickinson School of Law, visitors from all around the globe are drawn to Carlisle.  


Coming to a Carlisle Events Car Show? An historic retreat? A concert or performance? Maybe just to fly-fish on one of our world-renowned trout streams. Carlisle is just a short drive from most of the major East Coast cities like New York, Washington, DC, Philadelphia and Baltimore!!! Not to mention an hour or less away from Hershey, Gettysburg, Lancaster, Harrisburg and York.
